Job purpose summary
<br>

<br>
• The Website Manager will play a lead role in the build up of client’s customer base and revenues, by continuous development and maintenance of Expekt’s website, ensuring that the website is optimized in terms of design, user experience, usability, and revenue generation
<br>
• The Website Manager will also be responsible for
<br>
o ensuring that the site is attractive for new visitors
<br>
o converting visitors into active customers
<br>
o driving customer loyalty and maximizing revenue generation
<br>

Key Responsibilities
<br>

<br>
1. Overall responsible for website design, user experience, usability, and shelf space management / sales optimization
<br>
2. Ensure that the site is attractive for both new visitors and active/returning customers through attractive design, easy-to-use functionality, attractive content, and clear sales messages
<br>
3. Drive conversion of visitors into active customers through clear attractive and clear sales messages and sign-up offers
<br>
4. Drive revenue generation through shelf space management
<br>
5. Work together with the Production and Graphics team to continuously update & improve website design and content and ensure that it is in line with the company brand and communication platform
<br>
6. Monitor/check daily that content is properly translated in all languages (translations are done by the Field Marketing team)
<br>
7. Monitor/check daily that promotions are up to date and clearly presented (promotions developed and managed by Product Marketing Managers)
<br>
8. Manage web development projects together with the Development team, Production, and Graphics
<br>
9. Overall responsible for search engine optimization
<br>
10. Website tracking and analysis
<br>

• Strong leadership skills

• 5+ years of commercial experience in a competitive web development environment

• Knowledge of web usability and shelf space management / sales optimization

• Knowledge of search engine optimization
<br>
• Knowledge of website tracking and analysis
<br>
• Experience in online gaming industry
<br>
• Excellent communication skills
<br>
• Fluent English, both written and oral
<br>
• Experience from successful team working
<br>
Preferred Qualifications Needed
<br>
• Knowledge of HTML, XHTML, CSS, Java/JSP, Java script, XML, PHP is a plus
<br>
• Experience in working with content management systems is a plus
<br>

• Able to work extended hours on occasions when required.

• Must have clean police conduct
